Career Consultant

  • As a Career Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our IT, Software and Web Development course sales by leveraging your expertise in the IT industry and your exceptional sales skills. You will be responsible for guiding potential students and HR partners towards the most suitable IT/Tech courses, addressing their career goals, and showcasing the value of our training programs. This position involves a combination of consultative selling, relationship building, and a passion for helping individuals and businesses alike achieve their professional aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ career goals, educational background, and skill levels to recommend appropriate IT courses.
  • Provide personalized guidance on potential career paths within the technology industry.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the technology industry to effectively articulate the benefits of our courses.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our course offerings, including curriculum, certifications, and career outcomes.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Proactively reach out to potential students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our IT courses.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure student satisfaction and success.

Market Research:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify opportunities for course development and improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales in both B2B and B2C preferably in the IT education sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the technology industry, including emerging technologies, certifications, and career paths.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong consultative selling abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
