How to Use the Portal During Application

1. Use this link http://www.students.kuccps.net to log into your student portal

2. You will be prompted to enter your username, KCSE year and password. Use your KCSE index number as your username and your password you can either use the birth certificate number or KCPE index number.

3. Once you are logged in, the click on Courses/programmes. Select the course category first and the choose the course you want to apply for.

4. You will be able to see the course requirements including cluster points, required subjects and related courses. You will also be able to see the institutions offering that degree course selected. You can copy the codes of the Programme or you can add it to the basket for review later.

5. You will now be required to submit your application by inserting the codes of the programmes you have chosen. Before you complete your application you will be required to pay the application fee of Sh1,500 if you are applying for the first time or Sh1,000 if you had earlier applied from school.
