The interview process will take place over a period of two weeks, starting from the 25th of July 2023 and concluding on the 8th of August 2023. Each day, numerous candidates will be interviewed in order to efficiently evaluate their qualifications and suitability for the respective positions.
The interviews will be held at two different venues, both situated in Nairobi, to cater to the diverse range of positions available:
- CPSB BOARDROOM, 2ND FLOOR, CITY HALL

The CPSB BOARDROOM, located on the 2nd floor of City Hall, will be the venue for interviews. This location has been chosen for its central accessibility and adequate facilities to conduct interviews in a professional environment.
Additionally, to accommodate the substantial number of candidates, the City Stadium on Jogo Road will also serve as an interview venue. The stadium’s vast space will facilitate a seamless and efficient interview process while adhering to all necessary health and safety protocols.
The NCPSB places great emphasis on fairness, transparency, and objectivity during the selection process. Each candidate will be thoroughly assessed based on their qualifications, experience, and aptitude for the positions they have applied for.

The NCPSB wishes all the shortlisted candidates the best of luck in their upcoming interviews. May this selection process pave the way for a competent and dedicated workforce that will serve the county with integrity and excellence.
